Kelsoe Services provides a complete package of Remodeling Consulting services. We work together with you on the various steps and options of a remodeling project.
We are able to provide one or more of the following services:
- Review your “wish-list” of projects with you to determine your “needs” and your “wants” or “nice to have’s”
- Discuss various options to consider for your particular project. This can include:
- Material options
- Layout and design options
- Review of property boundaries and restrictions (if applies)
- Bid package for contractors to bid on
- Review of bids for your project
- Assist in obtaining building permit as needed
- Can act as the “GoTo” person for the contractor(s) so that you and the the contractor(s) have a single point of contact throughout the project

A remodeling consultant will provide independent input on your project. We will make recommendations on what is best for your particular project and needs. In addition, we can show you new, innovative, or alternative products and designs that will make your project successful and satisfactory.
We have computer software that is used to create floor plans as well as 3 dimensional pictures of proposed solutions. For example, we provided a customer with 3 different alternatives to how their house could look after remodeling so that they could better visualize the results. We were able to sit in front of the computer and play “what if” to try different types of solutions.
